Minimum D3 / Bachelor’s degree in management, business or related field.
At least 1 years working experience in building / residential project.
Having working experience background from similar industry especially HVAC/Sanitary/HPL/Stone related to residential material.
Having working experience handling client complaint, request, etc.
Used to deal with Architect, Interior Designer,contractor, consultant, owner, etc
Having list of project to handle.
Having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.
Good communication and presentation skill.
Proficiency in English Business.
Good people handling skill and enjoy meet people.
Computer literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel and Ms.Power Point).
Job Description :
Contact and visit existing and prospective Costumer to discuss and support their needs in marketing and selling Company’s product.
Approach and follow up new project lead from architect, interior designer, contractor, sub-contractor or project owner and cultivating customer relationship across different industries and areas.
Assist Costumer in conducting sales presentation and make initial contact with owner or contractor to ensure the achievement of sales target..
Conduct verification on project’s specification based on sales and service agreements from Costumer.
Prepare and deliver project documentation to related function for further administrative and operational process.
